Reflecting on past successes and challenges will help you improve your law business and to bring it into alignment with your ideal work-life balance. While we often learn from mistakes and missteps, we can tend to gloss over our successes. Spending time reflecting on what went right over the past year will set you up to build upon that momentum and to grow in the areas where you excel.
