Jordan Deifik, Founder

A 10-year veteran of the development industry, Jordan Deifik is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bastion, a consulting and advisory firm offering services in all phases of the real estate development cycle including corporate operations and governance. For nine years, he served as the COO of Integrated Properties, Inc. overseeing all operations of an expansive commercial and residential real estate portfolio. Contemporaneously, he served as the Vice Chairman and COO of Ocean Resort Casino from 2017 –2019.

Jay F. Kamlet, Founder

Jay F. Kamlet has had an award-winning real estate law practice for over 30 years. As a top name in Colorado law, he was a law partner with several prominent law firms, such as Arent Fox, Brownstein Hyatt, Farber & Schreck, and Lathrop & Gage, LLP. Jay was a founder of Kamlet Reichert, LLP. He is an entrepreneur and was featured in the Denver Business Journal’s Power Book for his innovations in the profession of law through LawBank. Jay has been selected by Law Week Colorado as the “Barristers Best Real Estate Lawyer,” 2014, 2016, 2020, 2021.

Rosa Avila, District Manager

Rosa Avila is the office manager of LawBank’s Denver location. Her vast experience and background in office management and bookkeeping make her an excellent asset to the team. As a bilingual speaker of both Spanish and English, Rosa has the unique capability to communicate with visitors and LawBank clients in a welcoming and helpful manner. She also can implement recent technological advances to keep our offices running as efficiently as possible.

Prior to joining LawBank, Rosa spent seven years in the medical field. This experience taught her how to navigate the complexities and responsibilities associated with the professional services industry. Rosa also received her First Aid and CPR certifications during her employment with numerous medical providers, including Greenridge Place, ABC Home Health Care, Argyle Assisted Living, and Peak Pediatric Care.

After spending her early career in caregiving and customer service, Rosa stepped into administrative roles. She is well-versed in billing and accounting programs such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Rosa has a strong command of information technology to enhance her time management and organizational skills.

Her 6-year tenure at the Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center allowed her to refine her communication abilities and assist upper management with financial reporting and inventory management. During her employment in the construction industry, she utilized her technological skills to develop automated processes that scheduled construction crews and analyzed performance by individual contractor or crew member.
