Spiro Hristopoulos founded Hristopoulos Law to provide business owners and real estate investors access to sophisticated legal counsel without the feel or cost structure of a large firm. His goal is to provide practical, responsive guidance to clients who need help making important business and real estate decisions.
Before starting Hristopoulos Law, Spiro began his legal career at a Denver-area firm focused on business and real estate transactions. That experience shaped the way he works with clients today: straightforward advice, careful drafting, and a focus on getting deals done the right way.
Spiro’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, entity formation, and commercial contracts. He works with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners on matters ranging from forming a new company to buying or selling a business, negotiating commercial agreements, or handling the legal side of a real estate deal.
