With more than three decades of experience, David Seserman is one of Colorado’s foremost civil trial attorneys. As the founding member of Seserman Law LLC, David works with businesses and business people as a trusted advocate and ally. He has a broad civil litigation practice that has included multiple trials resulting in seven figure verdicts for his clients. David is a trained mediator who collaborates with professionals and companies in a variety of industries including finance and accounting, real estate, and technology. He is often hired to resolve the legal issues that they face related to human resources such as employment law disputes, trade secrets, employee benefits law and ERISA claims. David is known as one of the go-to legal practitioners for law firm dissolution in Denver and has served as the liquidator of the two largest law firm dissolutions in Colorado history. David lectures to business professionals and other lawyers on a variety of topics involving attorney ethics, trade secrets, electronic evidence, litigation strategy, employment law, as well as electronic communications and privacy. David holds several leadership roles in the American Bar Association.  =In the GPSolo Division, David is the vice-chair of the Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee and vice-chair of the Litigation Committee In the Litigation Section, David is a co-chair of the Small Firm Committee. David is also a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. David is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Litigation Section Executive Council. David is member of the Sedona Conference where he is an author of the soon to be published Sedona Conference E-Discovery Best Practices for Small Cases Commentary Primer. He is active in his community and was the Chair of the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Greenwood Village for over a decade. David earned a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
