David Hyams

One of the five great “solas” of the Reformation, Soli Deo Gloria is not only the inspiration of the firm’s name, it is the purpose of the firm’s existence: to bring glory to God alone.

Being a lawyer is a holy calling. It is my ministry. Whether I am representing a company, a bank, a trustee, a church, or an individual, I am honored to serve and advocate for those in need of legal assistance.

I spent the early part of my career in large law firms dedicated to delivering top-notch legal services. At SDG Law, you will receive this same level of exceptional service, but at a price customized to the realities of your goals, budget, and case.

I represent individual creditors, banks, lenders, and trustees in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings of various sizes and complexities. I also help small businesses, religious organizations, and non-profits resolve their legal needs in a manner that honors their values and mission. From corporate disputes to constitutional litigation, I am passionate about providing superior customer service for my clients in and out of court.

On a personal note, I enjoy reading, assisting my wife in home educating our two children, cooking, traveling, fishing, classical music, hunting, skiing, theatre, hiking, biking, and camping in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

The firm’s logo represents the five smooth stones David chose for his battle with Goliath in 1 Samuel 17:40 . Collectively, they signify the larger law practice, but just as it took only one stone to slay the giant, it takes only one lawyer at SDG Law to meet your legal needs, regardless of the size of the opposition.

If you’re looking for an attorney who will deliver premium service at a price commensurate with the problem, let’s talk. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate this season of your personal, business, or ministry life.
